Our History

EAGLEWATCH SECURITY LIMITED, hereon referred to as "ESL" is a wholly indigenous security company established in the year 1999 to provide professional security services.

Following growth and success, ESL was duly licensed by FEDERAL MINISTRY OF INTERIOR as a Private security Company with license number NSCDC/PG/001/000264, on 15 December, 2011. ESL is registered with corporate affairs commission (CAC) with registration number 352165. ESL is not just another security firm. We do not just endeavor to meet every security ethical codes and standard.

We are fully licensed by Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) as a Guard Force Security Company under the auspices of International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code to operate as Security Company within any Ports Facility in Nigeria. The company is also licensed by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) to provide security services in the oil and gas industry.

We take pride in providing all our services by using well-trained security officers from our training academy. Security officers are dressed in a very neat uniform, which promote the professional image of you, our client, and EAGLEWATCH SECURITY LIMITED. ESL is operated by highly skilled and licensed personnel with combined experience of over a decade in the security services.

All our security officers are trained before being deployed to any site by wellqualified instructors at our training academy. Training in both practical and theoretical nature enables our guards to adapt to any situation.

With personal and professional service 24 hours per day, ESL is providing their clients with a comprehensive service which includes the availability of well-trained and disciplined Guards, CCTV, Electronic Alarm Systems, All Commodities of Fencing, Burglar proofing and Gates. We also provide onsite management of security personnel and constant management liaison to address the changing security requirements of the client.

We always guarantee a high level of service by ensuring a complete assessment is given to the client of the project or site at hand.

We continually update our clients on any latest developments on security issues pertaining to their business by submitting monthly security reports.

Chairman

Mr. Greg U. Ogbeifun

Mr. Greg U. Ogbeifun is the Chairman of Starzs Investments Company Limited (SICL), a marine logistics company rendering services in the upstream oil and gas industry to both international and local oil companies. He is the Managing Director/CEO of Starzs Marine and Engineering Limited (SMEL), the first privately owned indigenous Shiprepair Yard in Nigeria in operation since the year 2000 presently working on the expansion of the Shipyard to increase the lifting capacity from 500 tons to 9,000 tons sequel to the market study and 120-page report of Lloyds Register of London and strong backing of Afrexim Bank for the Project. Mr. Greg is the Chairman of Eaglewatch Security Limited, a Security Company providing top-notch security services and job opportunities to young Nigerians since 1999. He is the Chairman of Diverse Autocare Centre Limited, an ultra-modern automobile company that offers a complete range of car maintenance and repair services. He is also the Chairman Benin Port Project Technical Committee, a committee saddled with the responsibility of birthing the legacy Benin Port project in Edo State. He is a qualified Marine Engineer with First Class (Combined) Certificate of Competency, a member of the British Society of Marine Consultants and Ship Surveyors, the American Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers, the Institute of Directors (IoD) as well as the Pioneer President of the Shipowners Association of Nigeria (SOAN). He also sits as a member of the Advisory Board of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council (CWEIC), the Board of Trustees of the Association of Marine Engineers and Surveyors, and was recently appointed “Member, Lloyd’s Register of the Middle East and Africa Advisory Committee. He has received many international and national awards which include but not limited to ‘Immense Contributor to Manpower Development’ in 2006 by the Maritime Academy of Nigeria, Oron. ‘Trailblazer’ in 2016 by the All-African Students Union in recognition of his contribution to the welfare of students across West Africa. He has presented many papers within and outside Nigeria on crucial maritime issues. Mr. Ogbeifun’s counsel is most sought after by leaders in the Maritime Industry on both Federal and State levels due to his clarity of vision and in-depth professional experience and he has served in different federal, ministerial and state committees. His companies have built a strong reputation in the Nigerian Maritime Industry by guaranteeing excellent service delivery, zero unscheduled downtime, and zero lost time injury. With a competent workforce, these Enterprises have continued to exceed clients’ expectations while contributing significantly to the growth of the Nigerian Maritime Industry. Mr. Ogbeifun is a man that is very committed to positively impacting lives and society, his strong belief is that we all have one role or the other to play in contributing to the development of the world. It was this passion and belief that fuelled the birthing of his several companies which today have over 1,200 Nigerians on their payroll. Despite the demands of his professional life, Mr. Ogbeifun is a family-oriented man and always finds time to bond with his wife Victoria, and eight children, out of which two are already Mariners.

Iroghama Ogbeifun

Iroghama Ogbeifun is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer at Starzs Investments Company Limited. She is also an entrepreneur with over a decades’ worth of experience in high impact positions across industries. She holds a first degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston and a Master of Science degree in Public Health and Health Promotion from Brunel University, London. With a certification in Commercial Risk in Shipping from Lloyd’s Maritime Academy; a certification in ABC of Shipping from Nigerian Chamber of Shipping; a management certification from Harvard Business School and her extensive exposure, she has developed strong financial management, client relationship management, and business strategy and change leadership skills. Starzs Investments Company Limited, a fully indigenous ship-owning marine logistics company, provides vessel logistics services and offshore support to international and indigenous oil producing companies in the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry. As MD/CEO, a position she attained after successfully leading the affairs of the company as its Executive Director and subsequently the Chief Operating Officer, she manages the company’s daily operations. In this position, she draws on her exceptional depth of expertise and skills to lead strategy and policy, oversee business development, represent and promote the company’s interest amongst other roles. She works to maximize the company’s revenue performance and has recorded landslide achievements. Among several accomplishments, she helped the company qualify for $15 million in Mezzanine Debt for the expansion of company business in 2015. Under her management, the company has grown its assets base from 3 ships in 2014 to 11 ships by February 2021. She is as well an entrepreneur who founded Hair Hairven Limited, a hair care products and services company. She heads strategy and business development for the beauty and hair care brand while also managing the expansion of the Hairven hair bar model salons. Iroghama’s commitment to excellence and her exceptional entrepreneurial grit has been repeatedly applauded. She was a recipient of the Entrepreneur Trail Blazer Award, Quantum Business Project in 2011 and 2013. In 2013, she also received special recognition for CSR Projects at Ikota Slum Community, Lagos. She was a winner of the Next Titan Entrepreneurial Show in 2013 and a nominee, Beauty Category for The Future Awards in 2016. Her other exceptional awards include: Young Entrepreneur of the Year, “Outstanding Female Entrepreneur of the Year” by the Entrepreneur Africa Awards 2021, The Most Respected CEO in Nigeria 2022, Maritime Category, The Amazon of the Maritime Industry of the Year 2022 and The Oil Industry Trendsetter Award 2023. Adeniyi Adeyi

Adeniyi is a graduate of Accounting and also holds an MBA in Financial Management and a postgraduate diploma in Marketing.

He is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) UK.

Adeniyi is also a Certified Internal Control Auditor – CICA and a certified IFRS Specialist (CIFRSS). He has over 20 years of work experience in the public sector, professional practice, financial service Industry and the Marine space within the Oil and Gas Industry. He has worked in the capacity of Finance Manager with International Energy Insurance Plc, where he demonstrated mastery in financial analysis and interpretation, managing and overseeing financial risk, financial reporting, financial planning and control. He equally Interpreted and advised on the implication of IFRS treatment of transactions before Joining Starzs Investments Company Limited.

He has attended many courses organized by reputable organizations such as the Lagos Business School, IFRS Partners in Canada, and Leoron Training Institute. He is a regular speaker on financial and Economic matters on Rock City FM Radio.

Adeniyi is currently the CFO/GM Finance, Accounts and Procurement in Starzs where he acts as Strategist of the organization, managing all relationships with banks and other financiers. He is also responsible for managing the organization’s financial risk exposure, and all financial obligations to third parties

Mofoluke Keshinro TEP

Mofoluke Keshinro has over two decades of proven experience in generational wealth transfer, succession planning, legacy preservation and family office administration for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

She started her career with the law firm of Liberation Partners, Ikeja, Lagos as a Legal Officer before joining the Trust Services department of Wema Trustees Limited as a Trust Services Officer where she was able to learn the practical aspects of Estate Planning and the various tools available.

Mofoluke also served as the Company Secretary of Great Nigeria Insurance Plc before she joined First Trustees Nigeria Limited (now FBNQuest Trustees Limited).

Mofoluke was the Head of Private Trust services at FBNQuest Trustees Limited for over 12 years before she moved to ARM Trustees Limited as Executive Director. She is currently a Private Trust/Family Office Consultant to HNIs/UHNIs, law firms and some Trust companies.

She is the first certified Trust and Estate Practitioner in Nigeria. Her broad experience in generational wealth transfer, succession planning and legacy preservation has helped a lot of families in creating structures that would outlive generations and their perpetuate legacies. Through speaking engagements locally, offshore and on the Radio program – Legacy Series, she has educated the public on the importance and benefits of Estate Planning. She currently features as expert advisor on ARM Trustees’ succession series podcast.

Mofoluke holds a Master of Laws degree from University of Lagos having obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State and the Nigerian Law School, Bwari Abuja respectively.

Mofoluke represented her company on the Boards of Nigerian Law Publications Limited, Books Industries Limited and GFL&G Limited for over 10 years. She currently serves on other Boards and charitable organizations.

Mofoluke has attended the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) conferences in South Africa, Dubai, New York and Singapore.

Mofoluke loves reading African prose, writing and the bliss of a very quiet environment.

Dr. Col Osho Olushola

Dr. Col. Olushola Osho is a renowned Military Personnel who served as Medical Director – Senior Consultant Cardiologist and Physician. He served as a Doctor in the Military for over 3 decades.

Dr. Col Olushola Osho attended University of Ibadan for his Preliminary Medical Certificate, has an MBBS from University of Benin, Edo State with a distinction in Anatomy and went for further studies (MRCPI) at Royal College of Physician, United Kingdom.

He has gained many years of experience working as a Medical Doctor in the different hospitals with more experience in the Military. The hospitals include: Lagos State Teaching Hospital, Military Hospital Ibadan, United Nations Senior Medical Office, Hammersmith Hospital-London, Royal Infirmary-Edinburgh- Scotland, Military Hospital-Lagos, Military Hospital – Kaduna, Military Hospital- Port Harcourt, etc.

He is currently the Medical Director in Adami Hospital, Lekki, Lagos State.

General Manager

Johnson Onuigbo

Johnson Onuigbo is computer Science graduate with great passion in IT and emerging technology innovations. Johnson started his career path with Linkserve Limited (Nigeria Premier Internet Service provider) in 2003 after my National Youth service with Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), Port Harcourt. His over 12 years’ exposure in Linkserve Limited provided tremendous leadership and business management experience, rising from Sales support engineer to the position of General Manager. He championed the company West Africa Sub regional network by opening an office in Accra, Ghana, which lead to pursuing more business opportunities in Senegal, Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso and Cameroon. This further provided opportunities for business development training with Lagos Business School and Satellite Network Operation training at Viasat Teleport, in German town, Maryland, USA. Returning back to Nigeria, he handled strategic projects for the company like the EEDC regional digital meter vending project, Zonal secondary school ICT initiative project for NCDMB and River State Model School ICT project for 100 schools in 23 Local Government Areas. During these period, he saw gaps to develop himself with IT training and certifications like Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Azure Devops Foundation and Google for Africa Digital Skill in Digital Marketing while handling other leadership role in Decord Security Limited, Konga online shopping Limited and Pure Logistics Nigeria Limited. Johnson embarked further studies and obtained a Bachelor Degree in Theology at Pentecostal International Bible Seminary (PIBS), Port Harcourt campus and thereafter, received priestly ordination and international ministry license from Ambassador of Christ Heart of David World Ministries, Illinois, USA. Johnson is currently, a part time lecturer with University of Ibadan, Port Harcourt study center in ICT, Human Resources Management (HRM), and Management Information System (MIS). He is currently the General Manager of Eaglewatch Security Limited charged with responsibility of driving business growth and digital transfoermation.

Faith Utemeh

Faith Utemeh has over one decade proven experience in Office Administration and Human Resource Management. Faith holds an M.Sc degree in Economics from Ignatius Ajuru University, Port Harcourt, Rivers State haven obtained a B.Sc. degree in Economics from Delta State University, Delta State.

She is an Associate Member of several professional institutes such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA), Mentoring and Career Development Institute (MCD1), Learning and Development Institute of Nigeria (LDNI).

She started her career with Danahriq Group, a Marine Servicing Company in Trans-Amadi, Port Harcourt as an Account Officer and was later promoted to Head of Operations in the Automobile section of the Company where she served for four (4) years.

Faith also served as the Finance and Administrative Manager in 400Bluesteels Holdings Ltd, a Construction Company in Port Harcourt managing over 400 staff and site-workers. She has good personnel management skills and this made her stand out during her years of service in 400bluesteels Holdings Ltd.

She is the currently the Head, Admin/HR in Eaglewatch Security Ltd. She is very passionate about staff well-being, career development and a unifying factor in the organization.

Head of Operations, Edo State

Emmanuel Edionwe

Emmanuel Edionwe is a Security Manager with a Higher National Diploma degree in Business Administration and Management from the Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo State, Nigeria.

At the beginning of his career, he worked as Supervisor in Opem Nigeria Limited –A Petroleum Retailing and Haulage Company located in Edo State, Nigeria, before he was promoted to Petroleum Depot Representative, Transport Manager and General Manager in the same Company.

He also worked at Pahek Security Company in Lagos as a Patrol Supervisor at NNPC Retail in Benin City as Supervisor and Manager and Transworld Security System in Lagos as Operations Manager.

He is a Certified Health Safety and Environment professional with a certificate in Health Safety and Environment Basic and Appreciation Levels 1 and 2 from the International Health Safety and Environment Council and another Certificate in Health and Safety Environment Competence and Development Course (Level 3) from the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria, accredited by Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria (SPDC).

He is presently the Head of Operations, Edo State, Eaglewatch Security Limited.

Business Dev. Executive, Edo State

Timothy Adanegbe

Timothy Uyiosa Adanegbe is a Bini born indigene and a graduate of International Studies and Diplomacy of the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State.  He did his compulsory National Youth Service Corps [NYSC} in Cross River State and worked as an editor in the State Ministry of Information and Orientation.

He is a Security Expert and a Business-minded personality. He has worked in the duo capacity of a Security Manager and Business Development Manager in UHI security service, a high-tech security company based in Ontario, Canada. He served as a Branch Manager with UHI security service after a successful trajectory from security outfits like Prudential Guards/Serve Trust, Kings Guards, Proton, etc.

He has garnered experience in private security practice over the years having started as an operative/guard and rising to the position of Business Development manager to Branch Manager while holding on to three core leading values of Integrity, Diligence and Professionalism.

He is a trained security expert that has earned his expertise through different prominent training programmes that include; Agent X VIP PROTECTION, Communication /Security Coding, Surveillance, Crime Detection and Prevention, amongst others.

He is presently the Business Development Executive at Eaglewatch Security Limited, Edo State Branch.

Michael Egbo Mark-Inyah

Michael Egbo Mark-Inyah is a chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He also has a B.Sc in Accounting from Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

He has worked in various sectors of the economy, such as the Finance Sector, Maritime Sector, Insurance sector, etc.

He has attended trainings on Productivity and Effectiveness, and Business Communication organized by Total Human Capital Development Co. Ltd.

He is also the author of PRACTICAL WORKGUIDE FOR ACCOUNTANTS, a practical workbook that explains and treats financial transactions for Accountants at the early stage of their careers.
